My work is rooted in presence, listening, and reverence for life’s thresholds. Whether I am offering intuitive energy work or tarot, death or pet doula support, herbalism, or legacy work through food storytelling, I meet each person, family, and moment exactly where they are. I work in collaboration with plant allies, well and wise ancestors, and earth-based energy, creating a safe and spacious container where grief, transition, and remembrance can be held with care. Alongside one-on-one support, I also approach my work as a teacher and mentor, sharing tools, practices, and plant wisdom that empower others to trust their own intuition and capacity to tend what is present. I honor both the practical and the sacred, supporting nervous systems while tending emotional, spiritual, and ancestral threads through ritual, nourishment, and story.

Above all, my approach is relational, non-judgmental, and deeply human, guided by the belief that no one should have to navigate loss, change, or remembrance alone.

Each intuitive session is a sacred, personalized experience guided by plant spirits, your guides, and well ancestors. Sessions may include intuitive messages, plant brushings, drumming, guided journey work, and the creation of intuitively crafted herbal medicine to continue supporting you beyond our time together.

These sessions are especially supportive for those navigating grief, major life transitions, loss of identity, or the threshold of becoming a new version of themselves. Through deep, heart-centered connection, we work with the subtle energy body to release blockages, restore balance, and support emotional and spiritual integration.

Plant allies are invited to hold and anchor the space, offering their unique wisdom and medicine to nurture clarity, resilience, and nervous system regulation. Each session unfolds organically, honoring what is present and what is ready to be witnessed, creating a safe container for you to reconnect with yourself, your inner knowing, and your path forward.
