These monthly grief circles at Sakala Community are a compassionate space to hold your sorrow in the embrace of community.

This month, Isabel will lead our circle in a gentle space to honor and remember the beloved animal companions in our lives. Whether you are moving through the grief of pet loss or carrying anticipatory grief around a beloved pet nearing transition, you are welcome here.
