This series of monthly Saturday morning classes invites you into the medicinal, culinary, and spiritual wisdom of one plant each month. Through an intentional deep dive into a single herb, you’ll build a meaningful relationship with each plant ally. Learning not just how to work it, but how to listen and connect.
Each class explores the plant’s unique qualities while guiding you in crafting 2–3 herbal creations, from nourishing teas to simple culinary and home remedies. These hands-on sessions are designed to help you slow down, tune in, and deepen your connection, so you can continue building a relationship with each plant long after class ends.
Dates (released quarterly):

• May 23rd — Motherwort
• June 27th— Mint
You’ll leave each class with handcrafted remedies, embodied knowledge, and a deeper relationship with the plants that support your well-being.
